Hello. I am a choral/orchestra teacher at a TItle I school, Coronado High School. when I began teaching here five years ago, there were 15 students in one choir, 23 students in an orchestra and one small guitar class. Now, I have two sections of guitar, a large orchestra, and three choirs.

We would really appreciate your help and are encouraged by this opportunity to ask for instruments through your program.

Supai Bands focus on performance. Every year we perform numerous concerts for our community. Our band marches at least one parade a year. This year our goal is to participate in two! We have an active Jazz band that meets after school. Last year our big Jazz concert was held at a local coffee shop. The kids were the opening act, followed by a group of professional Jazz players. The kids even played two songs with the pros! There are two levels of Concert Band which perform for school and community functions as well as special Band Concerts.

Students who participate in the Supai bands perform a lot and have fun doing it! Any donation is appreciated!!
