Music Program Description:
Ear Candy's Program Director, Kris Hill, launched this program with Free Arts of Arizona.  Ear Candy is providing assistance and support throughout the program and is excited to have the Free Arts kids perform at the Ear Candy Emerging Artist Series on 12/18/09 at the Hard Rock Cafe in Downtown Phoenix.
