Here is a letter from Mr. Tutt, the Band Director at M.O. Bush Elementary:
Dear Ear Candy Charity,
Thank you so much for donating instruments to M.O. Bush Elementary on March 30TH 2010. These donations are critical at a time when the economy has made it tough for schools to fund the Arts.
The following is a list of instruments and the number of students that they will impact.
12 Violins which will impact 20 students
6-Guitars/5-amps/1 Bass Guitar/Guitar effects/Bass Guitar stand/T-Bone stand will impact more than 20 students
1 drum set will impact at least 5 students
Overall, these donations will allow more than 45 children the opportunity to experience music education that were unable to before Ear Candy helped out.
